We accept many different payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return an order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

All our items are made to order, so we usually aim to ship with 7 - 10 working days of the original order. If for any reason we can not fulfil your order within this time, we will contact you to give you an expected delivery date, offer an alternative or give you a full refund.

Should you need an urgent delivery, then please contact us at sales@artbyvickywhitlam.co.uk and we will try to help. Please note though although we will try our best to accommodate any requests we may be unable to fulfil deadlines due to circumstances beyond our control and therefore do not accept any liability.

For Commissions and personalised items delivery times may vary and you will be advised of this at the time of ordering.

We ship by Parcel Force 48. All prints are sent flat and framed items are packaged in our own specially made packing boxes. Please note: although we endeavour to try to ship your items to you within the times stated, there may be times when deliveries are delayed due to conditions out of our control, which we can not be held liable for.
