Thank you for shopping at Art by Vicky Whitlam
We offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 28 days has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@artbyvickywhitlam and send your item to: Art by Vicky Whitlam, 7 Rock Terrace, Quarry Lane, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire WF12 7JF
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
Gift cards
Free Gifts or promotional items
Personalised Items (those that have been modified with names or similar etc)
Commissioned Artwork
Sale items - we only refund regular priced items.
Partial refunds are granted
Products with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but usually should be with you within 7 - 10 days.
If re-sending high value items back to us, please ensure you have put the relevant insurance on the item and use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and a refund / exchange will only be authorised upon receiving the item back.
Please remember we are only a small company , who are trying to do their best to run a business. So please be courteous and patient whilst we deal with your issue. We always like to treat all our customers with respect and try to offer the best personal service we can to make your shopping experience with us go as smoothly as possible. Thank you!
